Alicia Brick, Student

I am a compassionate and dedicated Marriage and Family Therapy Intern with a background in psychology and specialized experience as a Pediatric Developmental Specialist supporting children with developmental delays. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a powerful model that helps uncover and heal core attachment needs while transforming relational dynamics. I also draw from systemic and strengths-based frameworks, helping clients understand their challenges within the context of their relationships and environments.
I am especially passionate about working with children, adolescents, and families navigating relational stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and loss. My goal is to create a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported to explore their emotions, build stronger connections, and access their inner resilience.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy expressing myself through dance, experimenting in the kitchen, and sharing laughter with family and friends.
If you or your family are experiencing emotional challenges or strained relationships, Iām here to walk with you toward healing, connection, and lasting change.
