Ashley Woodruff
You are overwhelmed from carrying the mental load of everything; work, family, the future. You’re often the person others rely on, the one who keeps everything moving even when you’re running on empty. Maybe you’ve spent so much time being the strong one, you’ve forgotten that you deserve support too.
You’ve tried self-care practices, but somehow they never seem to stick when life gets overwhelming. You don’t have to figure it out alone. We can work together on that.
I enjoy working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including young adults, professionals, parents, and student-athletes who are navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and the pressure of balancing life’s many responsibilities.
We’ll utilize realistic tools to help you build kinder self-talk, manage stress and anxiety, and develop healthy coping skills that fit into your everyday life.
I take a culturally sensitive and down-to-earth approach to therapy. Together, we’ll focus on what’s getting in the way while understanding your experiences and developing practical tools that support meaningful progress.
Therapy with me is rooted in culture, centered in care.
